Don’t you love it when a bit of luck, the wrong tool for the job, and some know-how actually solve a problem?

In 30+ years of playing squash, scoring arguments never got any better - and they always ruined the vibe. As a software developer with 35+ years under my belt, I knew technology could fix it, but I always got stuck on the input device.

My lightbulb moment hit when I realized a cheap TikTok ring could do the scoring. So I built kliq squash: an app by a player, for players.

Accuracy is great, but the real game-changer was mental freedom. Offloading the need to track the score made me feel lighter - and I enjoy my squash so much more because of it.

I built this for my own game. It works. We haven't manually scored a match since the very first time we used it, and we’ll never go back. We spent months honing it on court three times a week until it was spot on.

What's more I added some very cool features: video, graphs, bookmarks, snippets and social media sharing - all done on your phone, so your data stays with you.
